The Salesforce Customer Success Platform is a leading provider of customer management systems as cloud services (SaaS). Salesforce is more than just a customer management system, though – it’s a universal customer experience and management tool, and much more besides. The recruitment program is aimed at people with both ICT and business skills who are passionate about and interested in growing into the following roles, for example:

  • Customer Success Specialist/Consultant
  • Technical Consultant
  • Salesforce Trainer
  • Salesforce Admin
  • Technical Cloud Service Specialist

Right now, they’re not recruiting for ready-made specialists, but for new curious, steadfast, smart people with a can-do attitude, who are inspired by their work and ready to take a career leap into the Salesforce ecosystem. You might have, for example, a technical or business background (in engineering, IT, commerce, etc.) through your work or interests. If you understand business processes and IT projects, that’s to your advantage. If you have a burning desire to learn new things and to create a better customer experience, then you’re the person we are looking for. Good English skills are required, as all the training sessions will be carried out in English.

We are launching our second Salesforce Academy recruitment program in cooperation with the Uusimaa Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment, TE (Labor Exchange) Services and Saranen Consulting. Together, through practical on-the-job learning and high-quality training, we will grow you into a new Trailblazer. The 26-day Salesforce Customer Success expert training and the broad Salesforce Trailhead package* which supports it guarantee your career development. What’s more, you will also get to earn Salesforce Administration Certification, which you can use to demonstrate your expertise.
